A verified public-sector implementation forum

Turning health policy into working outcomes

Protected peer exchange.
Practical implementation guidance.

HALSO is a verified implementation forum for public officials responsible for turning health policy, programs, and technology priorities into working outcomes.

HALSO actively facilitates protected, problem-led peer exchanges throughout the year and turns each major discussion into practical implementation guidance.

Applying does not create an account, reserve a seat, or guarantee acceptance.

How membership works

Programming

Programming begins with implementation problems

Each working session starts from a problem submitted or validated by public-sector participants, and HALSO facilitates the exchange and the follow-through.

Monthly · Second Thursdays

Leadership Exchange

A focused, actively facilitated virtual Leadership Exchange each month, built around one implementation problem and the practical questions peers actually need answered.

Ask a Peer

Bring a live challenge. HALSO puts you in the room with a member who has already worked it, personally rather than algorithmically.

Brokered peer connections

Tell us the challenge. HALSO identifies a relevant peer and asks both sides before making an introduction. No browsable public-sector directory.

Implementation guidance

Following each major exchange, HALSO will produce concise implementation guidance capturing practical approaches, unresolved questions, and considerations for future work.
